First couple months: After redrafting how operations should look and learning how to train the correct way. We then found the next issue. No customers. So we did what we knew best, social media marketing and direct marketing. From flyers to food reviewers posting online, we did it all. We know what worked and what doesn't work.
From $40k months to 200% in growth in just 3 months. Hitting over $80k in less than 90 days.
