Information we collect

You provide: name, work email, phone number, company, role, calendar availability, meeting notes, payment details, hiring materials (portfolio links, resume, short videos).
Collected automatically: IP address, device and browser data, pages viewed, session recordings, referral URLs, cookies, identifiers (e.g., ga, fbp), city/region derived from IP.
From partners and platforms: TikTok Shop, Shopify, ad platforms, analytics tools, scheduling and CRM systems—limited to what’s required to perform services or measure results.
From customers of our clients (as a processor): order identifiers, product and cart data, timestamps, and campaign or attribution parameters associated with live shows. We do not collect consumer payment card numbers directly.

How we use information

Operate our websites and scheduling; answer inquiries; qualify fit; deliver and improve live-commerce services; run analytics and reporting; detect and prevent abuse; send transactional communications (reminders, confirmations, service notices); send marketing with your consent; process applications; comply with law and enforce agreements.

Communications and consent

By submitting a form, booking time, or requesting resources, you may receive transactional messages about the request. Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Marketing emails or texts are sent only with your consent and include an opt-out.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies, pixels, and local storage to keep sessions secure, remember preferences, measure site performance, attribute conversions, and improve content. Categories include strictly necessary, performance/analytics, and advertising. You can manage cookies via your browser settings and applicable consent tools. Blocking some cookies may affect site functionality.

Analytics and advertising

We use analytics platforms (e.g., GA4) and ad pixels to understand traffic and measure outcomes from live shows and campaigns. We may use aggregated and de-identified data to improve services. Where required, we obtain consent before placing or reading non-essential cookies.

When we act as a processor

For client projects, ELIVE processes limited customer data under the client’s instructions to attribute sales from live shows, operate promotions, and provide reporting. Clients are the controllers of that data. We execute data processing terms upon request and delete or return data at the end of the engagement, subject to legal retention duties.

Sharing information

We share personal information only as needed with service providers under contract (hosting, analytics, communications, scheduling, payment processing, applicant tracking); with platforms you connect (e.g., TikTok Shop, Shopify) per your authorization; with professional advisors; to comply with law; or in connection with a corporate transaction. We do not sell personal information. We may “share” identifiers for cross-context behavioral advertising only with your consent and provide an opt-out.

Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purpose collected, to meet legal or accounting requirements, or to resolve disputes. Typical retention: website analytics up to 26 months; client project artifacts for the project term plus a limited archive period; applicant data up to one year unless you ask us to delete sooner or we are required to retain longer.

Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including role-based access, least-privilege permissions, MFA where available, encrypted transit, network controls, and audit logs for platform access. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You can opt out of marketing at any time and disable non-essential cookies through preferences tools. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict the use of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise rights, email [email protected] and we will verify your request. If we process your data for a client, please contact that client directly; we will support them in meeting your request.

California, Virginia, Colorado and other US state disclosures

Residents may request access, deletion, correction, portability, and to opt out of targeted advertising (“sharing”) or profiling for significant decisions. We do not sell personal information. If your request is denied, you may appeal by replying “Appeal” to our response; we will provide the outcome and further recourse options.

EEA/UK/Swiss notices

When applicable law requires a lawful basis, we process personal data for contract performance, legitimate interests (service operations, security, analytics), legal obligations, and consent (marketing, certain cookies). Where data is transferred outside your region, we rely on approved safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses and implement additional measures appropriate to the risk.

Children’s privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13 (or the age defined by your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided us data, contact us to delete it.

Third-party links and content

Our site may link to third-party websites or host embedded content. Those providers control their own practices; review their policies before engaging.

Do Not Track

Browsers may send “Do Not Track” signals. Because there is no common industry standard, our services do not respond to DNT signals. You can still manage cookies and opt-outs using the methods described above.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. The “Effective date” shows the latest version. If changes materially affect your rights, we will provide a prominent notice on our site or by email where appropriate.
